Departure Flight

• The purchase must be completed within 60 days or at least 2 hours before the date of departure flight from Thailand.

U-Tapao Rayong-Pattaya Airport

• The purchase must be completed at least 24 hours before the date of your departure flight from Thailand.

Arrival Flight

Arrival Flight requires you to shop at least 2 hours or 60 days before arrival flight time for pick up at Suvarnabhumi airport, Don Mueang Airport and Phuket Airport only.

Step 2 : Check Out

Adding your flight info and rechecking each product's condition, such as availability location that matches your flight, stock, purchase limitation. Then go to checkout to fill all the information details and make a payment. When payment is confirmed, you will receive an email order confirmation to your email. You can check the order status by click at "My account > My order"

(Following Thai Customs Allowances, purchase of duty-free products using pickup on arrival option must not exceed 20,000THB.)

LAGs condition:
Taking Duty Free Liquids, Aerosols, Gels On BoardAs enforced by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) effectively as of June 1, 2007, the security measures restrict the amount of Liquids, Aerosols and Gels (LAGs) that passengers may take on board in their hand luggage on international flights in order to protect against the threat of liquid explosives. Only limited quantities of liquids, aerosols and gels, or similar substances may be taken on board an aircraft in your hand-carry luggage.

Arrival flight condition:

• This service is for pre-ordering Duty Free items from Import Duty Free Shop via online channel.
• This is for only products that are available at Import Duty free Shop only (some items will not be available at your preferred collecting point.) Alcohol and Tobacco will not be available on the online channel.
• For Duty Free items and Blue Price tags are eligible of King Power membership discount
• For Birthday Celebration, E-Purse Balance, Cash Card, Gift Card, Gift Voucher, Cash Voucher, Discount voucher including E-Purse Balance from any campaign are not eligible for purchasing Import duty-free items.
• The customer must be the person who schedules to travel to Thailand within 30 days from the purchase date.
• The total purchase for all Import duty-free items for each particular flight is 20,000 THB
• The company reserves the right to change, amend or cancel these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
