Online Service Guide

King Power Online (Website and Application) is the online service channel from King Power Group where customers can pre-order and purchase products from leading brands and manufacturers worldwide. For the purchase of Duty Free products1, customers can conveniently pick up at the airport prior2 to your departure from Thailand.

Pick up at Departure

This product is required for a Departure flight ticket. You can purchase before departure time at least 2 hours and collect it at either Suvarnabhumi airport,  Donmueang airport and Phuket airport, 24 hours for pick up at U-Tapao Airport.

Pick up on Arrival

This product is required for an Arrival flight ticket. You can purchase before arrival time at least 2 hours and collect it at Suvarnabhumi airport, Don Mueang Airport and Phuket Airport . Limit amount purchased is 20,000 THB per trip following Thai custom import or buying from overseas conditions.

Q :Do King Power Online have customers satisfaction guarantee?

A: Our products are under a '14-day Customer satisfaction guarantee' since the day you receive the product, except for Electronic products, which are under a '7-day customer satisfaction guarantee'. The customer must have a receipt/tax invoice for any claim. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can check our return policy here. However, some products cannot be returned due to certain conditions e.g. I change my mind.

In the case of the warranty period is over 7 or 14 days, the proof of purchase such as receipt/tax invoice and product package is required to verify the eligible during the warranty period of that product with the Brand service centre. The company reserve the right to reissue the receipt in case of no proof of purchase or tag price of the company.

Q : What should I do if the product I purchased exceeded the warranty period?

A: We suggest you to directly contact the authorised service center of the brand/manufacturer you have purchased.

Q: Is it necessary to subscribe as a member of King Power Online before using the service?

A: For your convenience in pre-ordering and purchasing our products, it is recommended to subscribe as a member as it will enable you to easily check and track your pre-ordered product status or delivery status and to be among the first members who receive our latest news and privileges.

Q: Is there a minimum purchase or registration fee for subscribing as a King Power Online member?

A: Yes, you can immediately subscribe as a King Power Online member in order to pre-order or purchase product online at www.kingpoweronline.com without minimum purchase or registration fee.

Q: Is there any purchase quantity limit for duty-free products?

A: There is. You can purchase up to 50 items per flight. In case of purchasing liquid, aerosols and gels products, please carefully read the LAGs policy.

Q: What should I do if I forget my login password?

A: Simply click 'Forget password' on the login page, insert your email then our system will send you a new password.

Q: If I would like to change my login password, what should I do?

A: You can Login at the top right of the page and it will proceed to 'My Account' then click Personal Information on menu for proceeding to set the new password.

Q: As King Power member, can I collect CARAT with the purchase I make at King Power Online like when I shop at various King Power shopping complexes?

King Power members can collect Carat like when you shop at King Power shopping complex. For collecting your CARAT when purchasing via www.kingpower.com or King Power application (iOS and Android), the customer must connect a King Power Membership card with your King Power online account before processing order. The CARAT will automatically collect into your account within 24 hours. In case that the King Power Membership does not complete membership detail before processing an order, that order will not be eligible for collecting CARAT and unable to revise after all.

Q: What should I do if my flight details changed?

A: If your flight details changed after you have completed pre-ordering products, please contact our customer services at: King Power Contact Center :1631 Email : cs@kingpower.com Working Hours: 09.00 – 21.00 p.m.

Note that changes in flight details must follow these conditions:

  • Changes in departure date/time, but within the same airport, please contact us at least 2 days before departure.
  • Change the airport for your departure flight, please contact us at least 7 working days before departure.
