Refund & Exchange

You can return or exchange the product within 14 days for all product categories except for electronic within 7 days of received date.

Returns and Exchanges Conditions for Home delivery product

  1. If you come across any issue with the product that you have bought from us, You can request a return as per the conditions of packaging and product categories stated in the table below.
  2. The company reserves the right to evaluate the returned product under our return and exchange policy before processing replacement or refund. For some product categories, we may send the item(s) over to the Brand counter service for a quality check before processing the next stage.
  3. If you are not satisfied with the product and would like to return/exchange it, You will return the item(s) at your own expense.
  4. If your ordered product(s) that are defective passes the primary preview, we will provide the delivery service to pick up your item(s). The company reserves the right to put the item thorough quality check again before processing the replacement or refund.
  5. The company reserves the right for not proceeding the refund and exchange process in case that there is no valid receipt, box of product and King Power Price tag.
  6. In the event of a dispute or any argument, the decision of the company is final.

For Example : Product you have purchased malfunctioned 3 days after you have been using. You may return that product since it meets the condition number 3 where the product has already been used, packaging already opened. You will, therefore, need to fully return product together with its packaging, content inside, gifts with purchase, with price and manufacturer tags remain in good condition.

Returns and Exchanges Conditions for Duty Free product

  1. Changing or returning all products for change of mind is NOT applicable under this policy. Company reserves the right not to proceed with any return requests made AFTER customer has signed for purchased product upon receipt
  2. Company reserves the right to cancel any Duty-free order that customers do not pick up the item(s) within 60 days of purchase date without prior notice.

Return and Exchange conditions regarding to product category

1. Products in every categoryProducts that have been received for more than 14 days except for Electronic products are 7 days since the day you receive the product cannot be returned. All the products guaranteed by the manufacturer, customers must directly claim them from the manufacturer following their warranty’s policy. Products that number, tag or code have been removed cannot be returned.The product has any adjustments within the warranty period regarding the product category (7 days or 14 days) such as the watch has been fixed by the customer, the belt has been cut to adjust the length cannot be returned.
2. ElecTronics- Electronic product that has received for more than 7 days from received date cannot be returned.
- Memory cards or electronic items that have been used cannot be returned
- Products with warranty that fill the information already cannot be returned
-Opened or seal-broken product cannot be returned

Remarks:
1. All products under brand "Apple" are non-refundable and unable to change or claim for the new item within 7 days guaranteed by the company's policy. You can contact Apple iCare directly.
(Defective products will be exchanged with a replacement product of the same model for both inactivated and activated. The new boxed product will not be provided. By changing products, It is reserved at its discretion by Apple’s policies and conditions.)
2. Please be informed that the company reserves the right, along with the manufacturer, to be authorized to examine or consider the item condition before processing the return, exchange or claim it regarding the manufacturer's policy.
3. Period for returns/refunds may vary according to the manufacturer's details specified on the website.
4. The company reserves the right to not accept the request to exchange, claim or return any products after 7 days from the date of receiving it.
3. Entertainment, games and musicsPeriodicals, Newspapers, Magazines and Journals cannot be returned. DVD, VCD, Video Games, Programs or similar products cannot be returned. Electronic Books, Electronic Journals, Electronic Coupons and Coupons cannot be returned.
4. Cloth, shoes and children’s product- Kid and Baby Clothes, Products that their size can be changed or returned.
- Footswear, Shoes soles must be clean, unused and be in original condition can return.
5. Watch, Glasses, Jewellery and Gems- Pierced earrings, earring pendant and earrings cannot be returned.
Watches and Eyewear must be as New and be in original condition can return.
All Jewelery, gems and Fashion Accessories cannot be returned.
 
6. Health and BeautyPerfumes, Cosmetics, Aroma oil, Health products , personal care product must be in original condition, unused can return.
7. Other categories- Souvenirs, Products from new fabric, Hand-made products of Thailand, OTOP products cannot be returned.
- For consumption goods such as Food, Dry fruit, Beverage, Pharmaceutical products cannot be returned.
- Special price products, Giveaway items cannot be returned.
- Product that has expiry date shows on the website cannot be returned.
- Gift with purchase cannot be returned.
 

Procedure to place a Return

If you receive a wrong product, damaged/defective item, missing item or product as not described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery date.

You shall send us an email at cs@kingpower.com or call King Power contact centre 1631 for placing the Return request. Please attach the images of the product as state below.

  1. The image of King Power address label and Logistic label.
  2. The clear image or video shows the damage or missing part.
  3. The Clear image shows the expiry date or batch code.
  4. The Image of King Power price tag.

The company reserves the right to inspect the item(s) under the Return and exchange policy. The inspection process may take approximately 3 – 7 business days. In case that require checking specifically, the inspection time will take a bit longer. Some products may send over to Brand counter service for quality check. The inspection process is under that Brand policy.

Packing and returning item(s)

- Returning Package
   - Place item; box of product, product, gift with purchase, warranty card, etc. in the new conditions into King Power box (Please do not use the product box for returning).
   - Do not place any sticker, adhesive tape or write any message on the box of product. (In case the mark(s) has been found, the company reserves the right to deny the claim)

- If you are not satisfied with the product and would like to return/exchange, you will return the item(s) at your own expense.
- If your ordered product(s) that defective passes the primary preview, we will provide the delivery service to pick up your item(s).

Please note, there are terms and conditions applied for Instalment order. Company reserves the right for returning or refunding any product purchase with an instalment plan. Except for defective cases, the company reserves the right to refund only product value excluding interest from the instalment plan.
